Well we've been with Crazy Aaron for over 10 years now and had only excellent service! Sure there's been the occasional glitch- (as happens with any service) --but Aaron is the kind of person who speedily rectifies any problems.

In my experience, Aaron has always been polite, professional, and shown a committment to excellence.

Moreover, i've never heard him utter a disrespectful word. In fact he's always given superb service with an extraordiarily positve attitude-- which is one of the reasons his company still mows our yard and does our yard work.

The "CRAZY" part is how far he goes way out of his way to assure excellent service.

My experience was terrible. He came to do a project and did a bad job. He was unprofessional. My neighbor said he asked for a quote on a job and the quote was higher than any other quote and was also rude. I would hire someone else. ...

Even though he was slow to return my call and give an estimate, I hired Crazy Aaron because he was local and independent to de-weed my yard. I should have suspected something when I came home to find my glass top table shattered and the evidence hastily tossed over the fence. Aaron apologized and replaced the table so I entered into a monthly yard maintenance trial agreement with him. After that first maintenance service Aaron decided any future service would cost five times his initial estimate, effectively, leaving me hanging. I was understandably upset so I sent a terse, (yet clean) note with my prompt payment expressing my disappointment in his unprofessionalism. A week later I received an angry voicemail from Aaron expounding his innocence in the situation and berating me for the terse note I included with his payment. He signed off his message with, " So, F*ck you A*s hole!" (though he did not include the verbal equivalent of asterisks)
Crazy Aaron's lack of professionalism, flakiness, and downright hostility should not only be avoided but feared. I think his moniker 'Crazy Aaron' may be more than just an advertising gimmick.

I heard so many good things about Crazy Aaron, and since I have a yard that needed some major help, I thought he would be the man for the job. But since his website does not give ANY information (or at least I couldn't find it after searching for 10 minutes) about his service area, I decided to email him about some services.

I found his correspondence to be unprofessional and rude, all to find out that he does not service my area. It would have been nice to at least recommend some places that DO service my area, rather to be so terse and unhelpful.

I am not saying he doesn't do great work. But my experience interacting with him was negative enough, that I am not sure I would have used him anyway.
