Excellent Customer Service!‎

After being a patient at an optometrist office near the UT campus for many years, I decided to find a place that had better customer service and treated me as a human and not a paycheck. I randomly chose the Eye Clinic of Austin from my insurance plan because they were close to my apartment, and I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was Dr. Prosise friendly and knowledgeable, each of the front desk staff members were very courteous as well. Additionally, I began feeling faint during my visit and Matthew, the technician, was so kind to give me a rice cake to help me feel better. I always appreciate an office where everyone seems happy to see me, and treats me as more than just another nameless patient. The Eye Clinic of Austin certainly proved to me that offices like that do still exist!‎
